Q). Can I order click and collect?

A). Yes you can, however, this is only available at our King's Lynn store. Just select click and collect as the location upon checkout.


Q). If I order something for delivery will there be any description of the product on the packaging or anything to insinuate what’s inside the box?

A). Absolutely nothing on the outside of any shipment that could insinuate what's inside. We take discretion very seriously.


Q). How can I return an item?

A). Please drop us an email at info@kazamshop.co.uk or call the store. 


Q). Where is my order?

A). If your order has been sent on a tracked service you will have been sent a tracking number, if it has not been sent on a tracked service please allow 14 days (within the UK) for it to arrive.
